I am impressed with the fit and stability of the heel. I have been looking for a nude pump that was not a three and a half inch platform or have a heel so stout that I move awkwardly. This pump looks good with skirts as well as jeans and is actually comfortable for in succession almost doing household tasks. The heel is not too tall to feel like I'm on stilts, but not so small that I have no added height or feel like its a flat. I am still coming up for it to stretch a bit with wear, then it will be too big; but for now the fit is exact.
